AstroWeather Report

Hello all! Just wanted to put in a quick weather report that for the next few weeks we have some interesting transits.
Bad/neutral news first: Saturn is in retrograde in Pisces, and will be for a bit longer. Saturn is in charge of boundaries and hard lessons and endurance and is currently swimming against the tides of Pisces, a dreamy creative no boundaries kind of place. I liken it to watching the tides destroy your carefully built sandcastle. This weather can help us consider the impermanence of all things, the things we hold on to too tightly, and how to manage these tough feelings.
I wrote a guidebook that includes dates, a tarot spread and some journalling prompts that I am offering for free until the weather changes. This is most useful before November 28th, 2025.
However, for the good news: Venus, Jupiter and even Mars are currently very well positioned. Venus is in Libra, a place of rulership and comfort, and Jupiter is in Cancer, where he is exalted and so super powered. Mars, who is quite destructive, is in Scorpio, which he rules - so is mellowed, and is capable of constructive destruction right now. Just like with Saturn, there is a free guidebook available for you to contemplate how best to take advantage of this time. This guidebook will be most useful before November 5th!
To show an example, here's what my personal spread looked like for the Saturn Retrograde:

First card: 6 of Pentacles - What Saturn was Protecting: This is a card of rebalancing of resources; of trying to pay back old debts and also pay forward.
Second card: 4 of Pentacles - What Washed Away: This is called the Miser, and is a card that speaks to having enough resources but being so scared of the future that you cannot spend it. There are a couple of ways to read this - on its own, it is encouraging me to let go of those worries and lean into rebalancing the scales. However, there is something interesting we can do here: 6-4 is 2, and the 2 of Pentacles is the unbalanced feeling of trying to manage a lot of projects at once - of having a lot of projects that need your resources, but trying to deal with as humans we don't always have an infinite amount of time, energy, and money to spend.
Third Card: Knight of Swords - What Remains: On his own, this is an excited but intellectual card. Moving from Pentacles to Swords indicates that I'm getting in my own head again - spending a lot of time thinking about things instead of doing. Listen. It's not wrong. It pairs interestingly with that shadow card 2 of Pentacles, in that I spent a lot of time as a Project Manager and I'm struggling to manage my desire to plan everything meticulously vs. doing the work, as well as finding it difficult to understand priority.
Fourth Card: 3 of Pentacles - What is Gained by Reworking: 3 of Pentacles. We're really looking at practical resourcing in this spread, aren't we? First, that tells me that this cycle is really about figuring out how to manage my resources. Second, that I should be asking for help and collaborating more - I am not an island, I am part of society and can get good help to build something lasting.
Fifth Card: Queen of Cups - What Should Stay Dissolved: Sometimes the court is a person. This may be speaking to a particular relationship of mine that I should let stay in the past. This is painfully private, so I will leave it there.
Sixth Card: 9 of Swords - How to make peace with impermanence: My first thought was 'go ahead and cry about it'. Although this card is about fear and regret, as advice I think it speaks more literally; feel the feelings. Acknowledge the anxiety and worry. It is okay to be scared sometimes, and pretending everything is okay is not helpful in the long run.
If you want some help reading your own spreads, you can book a tarot reading with me and we can go through all this and more.
